The Federal Government has announced a National Tourism Accreditation Framework "to provide tourists with confidence" which includes a new National Tourism Accreditation logo, known as the "TQUAL mark", (which has yet to be released). Members opting into this session will need to give permission for Peter to undertake an analysis of their web site. He will look at individual members sites with the group and discuss their strengths and weaknesses. It may be possible to look at a sample of 6-9 sites. The aim - to use the website as a marketing tool.
BLUE WORKSHOP:
This workshop will focus on "HERE'S HOW I DO IT!" Those who opt into this session will be expected to share some of the good and bad ideas they have used within their own Bed and Breakfast. Ideas can be simple or grand. A recent award winning B&B operator will facilitate the session
GREEN WORKSHOP: PLANNING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY:
